I live here with my greyhound, and a few years ago a spur-of-the-moment decision to buy a vintage sewing machine sent me down a new path in learning to sew, which has seen my graphic design work venturing into fabric designs, and you can follow my progress into this field via my Spoonflower shop.
I volunteer for several different groups, including the Otago Community Hospice, the Dunedin Curtain Bank , and Images of the Past Dunedin a group of Victorian Costumers, who raise funds for books which are given to the children’s ward in the Dunedin Public Hospital.
My debut Urban Fantasy novel "The Kingfisher's Debt" described as Wellington Paranormal meets Outrageous Fortune is out now. Learn more on my AUTHOR WEBSITE KuraCarpenter.com
